Advanced Meditation Techniuques:
 
Advanced techniuques are available to accelerate and deepen the students practice. The 4 Day Meditation Course is a prerequisite for this program as well as a stablized and consistent practice of atleast 3 - 6 months.  This 6 month program will be individually set up with Natalie and yourself.
